Lawyer Felipe Vieira was invited to lecture on “Meios Judiciais de Busca de Ativos no Exterior” (Judicial Means of Search of Assets Abroad) at the Monthly Meeting of the Family and Succession Law Commission of Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo, to be held on August 31, 2019, at the IASP Headquarters (Av. Paulista, 1294, 19th floor).
Felipe Vieira is part of the DFA team of Transnational Insolvency and International Recovery of Assets, and has participated in and coordinated the preparation of a global strategy to recover assets diverted and/or concealed through a variety of corporate structures in cases of insolvency of national and international repercussion.
