Partner Octaviano Duarte published a paper named “Medidas eficazes para a produção de provas destinadas a desvendar fraudes complexas, com reflexos em jurisdições estrangeiras” (Effective measures for production of evidence intended to solve complex frauds with consequences in foreign jurisdictions) in the March/2018 edition of the renowned magazine Revista de Processo.
Octaviano Duarte is a bachelor of Law from the Law School of Universidade de São Paulo and is attending a master’s degree in Procedural Law at the same institution. He engages in highly complex cases in the areas of banking, civil, commercial, contractual, succession, tax, corporate and bankruptcy law, with a focus on banking frauds and (national and international) recovery of assets.
