Partner Henrique Forssell lectured on “Transnational corruption – Odebrecht, Lava Jato, and other international scandals” in the event Asset Recovery Americas held today (September 25, 2018) in New York (USA).
The lecture had the following summary: Como as cortes domésticas e internacionais e as autoridades tratam de corrupção e propina internacional – que ações tomarão (ou permitirão que sejam tomadas), e como as vítimas domésticas e internacionais recuperam seu dinheiro da melhor forma? (How do domestic and foreign courts and authorities deal with international bribery and corruption – what action will they take (or allow to be taken), and how can domestic and international victims best recover their money?)
Henrique Forssell is one of the founding partners of DFA, with extensive experience in advising trustees, foreign liquidators and financial institutions in the identification of bankruptcy and banking frauds of national and international repercussion. Since 2011 he has been a member of FraudNet, an organization established by the International Chamber of Commerce that selects highly qualified and experienced lawyers in recovery of assets in each country.
